This is the energy center of desire, emotion, creativity, sexuality and intuition.  It stimulates the creative life-force and is the chakra that allows dis-ease to manifest in order to cleanse the body /mind/spirit

Daily Affirmation

Today I remember that I AM a perfect example of creativity manifested on the physical plane.  As my sacral chakra is stimulated and balanced, the universal creative force is activated within me.  Powerful Tiger-eye grounds the higher frequencies of my crown consciousness into my physical body, stimulating the development of my willpower and my courage to consciously create my reality.  Steadfast Carnelian lifts my emotions and awakens within me my inherent creative gifts and talents assisting me in the utilization of universal creative power.   With the aid of Hematite to connect my spirit to my body, my power of innate creative energy is revealed into manifestation.  I AM vitalized with dynamic strength on all levels.  Ancient Petrified wood reminds me of my connection to the Earth Mother with her natural state of perfect balance and health as they are mirrored in my own being.  As I attune my thoughts and emotions to the rhythms of my planet I feel a sense of belonging which facilitates my advancement to a higher aspect of myself.  Common sense Red Jasper stimulates my imagination and with enhanced determination, the creative energy circulates and flows through me helping me to transform my ideas into conscious action.  Radiant Citrine abundantly stimulates my individuality and self-confidence, reflecting a force of light around and within my body so that I can consciously manifest my unique, creative expression of self.  My ally Clear Quartz reflects and amplifies my Inner Light, transmitting my creative intentions to the universe and I AM free from inhibitions to powerfully create the reality I choose in each present moment.  I AM the Creative Force!
