Tiger-eye:   Grounds elevated crown consciousness into physical reality and sharpens the senses.  Stimulates courage & trust.  Mitigates influence of moods & stress.  Assists decision making & development of will power.  Slows down the flow of energy in the body.

Rutilated Quartz:  Dissolves hidden fears, anxiety and constriction.  Helps develop visionary power.  Stimulates hope, independence and spiritual greatness with a mood-lifting and anti-depressive effect.  Relaxes the body and stimulates the flow of energy for the growth and regenerative powers of all cells.

Daily Affirmation

As I begin this day I call upon my Higher Self and willingly accept my personal power.  I recognize my co-creative responsibility in all my thoughts and brilliant Clear Quartz will assist me with clarity of perception, reflecting and amplifying universal light into all of my being.  The abundant Citrine energy helps me to “digest” the events of my life on all levels and channels the higher vibration golden ray from my crown into my navel center enhancing my senses, my creative purpose and my conscious manifestation abilities.  Powerful Tiger-eye grounds the golden ray into my physical reality, regulating any over abundant emotional energy and guiding me in my choice my moods.  This amplifies in me a new power of will, which allows me the courage and personal trust to make decisions confidently.  As I walk my path today, I know that I choose my reactions to stress and comforting Rutilated Quartz will assist me by dissolving hidden concerns and moments of anxiety when I feel constricted.  Experiencing this freedom stimulates my independence with hope and relaxes me so that my energy can flow smoothly and the regenerative powers of my cells can work their own “magic”.  Gentle Amber motivates my personal drive, creating a sunny inner ease while strengthening a new personal self-belief.  On the subtle levels she dissolves my inner oppositions and absorbs dis-ease from my body.  Today I AM, in my supreme existence, becoming my highest, sunny self.  I do not choose to organize my day around a mood and I know with confidence that my choices are abundantly supported.  The bright light of who I AM is amplified and transmitted to the world as I step into the incredible Personal Power that resides within me.
