Solar Plexus Gateway

A design for purging & clearing of the solar plexus

The gateway between the higher spiritual chakras (soul star, crown, third eye, throat and heart) and the lower physical chakras (earth star, root, sacral and navel)   This chakra bridges the heart and navel center and when balanced, creates physical and emotional well-being.

Malachite:    Helps make one more aware of ones desires, needs and ideals.  Penetrates through, surfaces and absorbs suppressed feelings, emotions, old pain and traumas to be consciously healed.  Fortifies the capacity to observe.  Stimulates brain and nerve activity and has an overall detoxifying effect. Stimulates instinctive and intuitive reasoning, allowing for change and evolution.

Clear Quartz: Encourages clarity and neutrality thus improving perception and understanding.  Supplies, stores, amplifies, enhances, and transmitsenergy.

Rhodochrosite: Clears the solar plexus and integrates the energies of the spiritual and physical realms.  Helps clear out all the bodies of old wounds, scars, and infections.  Bridges loving energy from the heart into the navel center.  Stimulates all encompassing love with a mood-lifting effect.  Stimulates circulation.

Green Aventurine: Dissolves unhealthy thoughts, feelings and the related physical problems.  Dynamic power to soothe, heal and balance.  Neutralizes and dissolves the suppressed emotions surfaced by Malachite.

Chrysocolla: Encourages neutrality, clarity, a balanced nature and self-awareness.  Is an emotional balancer vibrating peaceful compassion.  Promotes unconditional love and healthy self-esteem.  Lowers the blood pressure.

Azurite: Inspires one to listen from within.  Motivates higher thinking by surfacing deep, subconscious old thought patterns into the conscious mind for objective review.  This process renews, refreshes and re-motivates the thinking to serve a higher purpose.  Raises awareness and initiates the transformation that integrates the physical with the spiritual.  Brings harmony to conditions of inner conflict.

Daily Affirmation

As I enter this day I open the gateway to the path of my heart.  I know that the child within ME carries unseen, hidden hurts and today I choose to heal those old emotional wounds and scars that are blocking my path to becoming who I AM.  With confidence I call upon powerful Malachite, the master of emotional release, to penetrate, surface and absorb my quiet pains and unwanted feelings so that I can release them forever from my being.  I know that brilliant Clear Quartz will protect me and dissolve the things that are mirrored and surfaced, freeing ME finally from the emotional chains that bind me. 

Comforting Aventurine is here to sooth and calm ME so that I can hear the subtle inspiration of heavenly Azurite, encouraging my mind with insights from my subconscious memories and bringing harmony to my inner conflicts.  Peaceful blue Chrysocolla softens any stress I feel with its healing blue ray and dissolves any excess energy, vibrating peaceful compassion throughout the whole of my being.  Guiding me over the bridge between my lower energy centers and my upper energy centers I take the hand of beautiful Rhodochrosite.  As she blends and harmonizes my energies I sense an integration of my heart, my body and my spirit and I thank her for her assistance in balancing this person known as ME. 

Refreshed and renewed, I have opened the gateway and remember that today I AM here to lovingly serve my highest purpose.
