A design created for heart health, heart chakra healing & balancing, this is the energy center of compassion, love, group consciousness and oneness.

Rose Quartz:  Encourages openness,  helpfulness and sensitivity.  Relieves worry.  Comforts and heals wounds to the heart on all levels.  Gently encourages self-love and compassion.  Penetrates inner emotional experiences and begins dissolving the associated constriction of love.  Improves circulation physically and energetically, bringing inner nourishment and comfort..  Teaches the self to love and nurture itself.  Inspires, regenerates and revitalizes.

Rhodochrosite:   Opens the heart and draws circumstances required for healing. Integrates the energies of the spiritual and physical realms.  Helps clear out all the bodies of old wounds, scars, and infections.  Stimulates all encompassing love with a mood-lifting effect.  Provides balance and love on all levels for all the bodies.  Stimulates circulation.

Aventurine:   Enhances relaxation, regeneration and recovery.  Encourages regeneration of the heart and lowers cholesterol levels.  Soothes and alleviates pain.  Encourages tolerance and acceptance.

Pink Tourmaline: Vibrates a frequency that dissolves and dissipates old stored destructive feelings.  Dynamically transmits the heart’s joy into expression.  Facilitates the expansion and sharing of love in the material realm.  Encourages an outgoing, loving joy and enthusiasm for life.

Rhodonite:  Activates, stimulates, clears and energizes the heart chakra and grounds the resonance of unconditional love to the physical plane. .  It assists one in staying in heart while holding one’s ground.

Green Tourmaline:   Strengthens the heart.  Encourages patience and openness.  Integrates heart and mind.  Purifies and strengthens the nervous system enabling it to carry greater amounts of Spirit Force.

Daily Affirmation

Today a newer, loving, compassionate me is emerging.  I enter this day with my heart freely open, a single being unique and unrepeatable.  Gentle grandmother Rose Quartz comforts and heals the wounds of my heart as she penetrates my inner emotional experiences, reminding me to love myself and know that worry has no power over me.  Friendly Rhodochrosite draws me to the synchronicities that will help me to clear out yesterday’s scars and lifts my mood, stimulating a feeling of all encompassing love vibrating through all of my bodies. 

With a deep breath, soothing Green Aventurine helps me quietly release all forms of judgment and I imagine an inner cleansing.  As I exhale, the old wounds lose their place of residence in my being and I AM relaxed and accepting.  Vibrant Pink Tourmaline assists me in letting go of old feelings and with an outgoing joy and renewed enthusiasm I choose to bring more heart into today’s expression of ME.  Today I choose to stand lovingly and experience a softness within my being. 

The grounding energy of Rhodonite helps me to remember that I can be in heart while holding my ground and I AM energized by universal unconditional love.  Verdant Tourmaline opens and strengthens my heart, encouraging me to walk with patient steps as I move forward in this day.  In this moment my heart and my mind are united and with renewed Spirit Force within ME.  I will consciously identify today’s opportunities to practice compassion.
