Speak from the Heart

This design was created for the throat chakra, which is the energy center of communication and the expression of creativity through the communicative avenues of thought, speech and the written word.

Daily Affirmation

As I begin this day I listen to the sound of my voice and with openness I know that my Higher-Self communication begins in the heart.  My perceptions and understanding on this day before me are enhanced by Clear Quartz and with clarity I AM able to express myself easily.  With the peaceful assistance of Blue Lace Agate, I calmly channel the truths from within my soul as I openly communicate my being to the outside world.  I breathe easily this day and without hurried thinking my thoughts are attuned to the inner ME.

With the assistance of graceful Aquamarine, I AM attuned to the communications from my Higher Self and today I take my voice into the world structured with compassion and a gentle tone.  Sky blue Chrysocolla encourages me to be balanced and with calm self-esteem I continually experience a high frequency state of awareness.  Grounding the peaceful blue ray into my physical being is my wise guide Turquoise, soothing my throat chakra and sometimes-overtaxed nervous system.

Lovingly, I remind myself that I AM an independent thinker and I never express my soul’s truth with thoughtless words.  Assisted by crystal clear Blue Topaz I embrace open communication and compassionate responses with complete empowerment.

Today as I speak from the heart, my inner strength gives me the confidence to share my truths with the gentle vibration of peaceful expression.  I AM “in touch” with myself.
