Daily Affirmation

Today I AM in perfect health and the very core of my being is safe within this body. With self-acceptance and an easy breath I quiet my mind and I feel the Life Force circulating throughout my physical form.  I AM Spirit residing in this physical body and vibrant Hematite establishes the link, fueling my blood with its iron essence and anchoring my spirit into my body. Vibrant Copper encourages the effortless flow of my body’s electrical systems and I breathe deeply in this moment, feeling my body infused with the energy of Spirit.  My breath is my life.

Entering my world on this day I AM dynamic and strong. As I begin to sense my own energy fields, cleansing Smokey Quartz penetrates, dissolves and transforms all negative energy patterns and emotional blockages which are the sources of dis-ease within ME while protective Black Tourmaline and comforting Rutilated Quartz help relieve any inner anxieties.

As I exhale I release these old patterns and the bodies of old wounds lose their place of residence in my being. I AM no longer stuck. Comforting Green Aventurine and insightful Malachite soothe and alleviate any aches and pains I experience while mighty Pyrite stimulates the flow of energy throughout all of my bodies, weaving my life force into the whole of ME. In a state of openness my self-confidence is elevated as the combination of powerful Bloodstone and sunny Citrine detoxifies my cells and brings new awareness and consciousness to the “digestion” of my life experiences.

Today the Life Force is activated within me and I experience renewed healing.
