Daily Affirmation

Today I claim my power as a healthy, fully conscious female being. I acknowledge the powerful, natural rhythms of my physical body and I call upon mistress Moonstone to comfort, balance and soothe my emotions so that I AM able to gracefully acknowledge the cycles and changing structures of my life on all levels.

As the vigilant mistress guards the gateway to my subconscious, I AM prevented from living and identifying myself from an emotional state of “being” and with the assistance of wise grandmother Rose Quartz I AM reminded to nurture and love myself for the beautiful, sensitive woman that I AM.  Inspired by ethereal Amethyst, my mind is quieted and I AM guided away from unhealthy and self-centered thought patterns toward a deeper understanding of myself so that I may experience inner healing.

Mighty Lapis Lazuli cleanses my mind and spirit so that I AM freely able to reveal my inner truths and with the aid of master Malachite to penetrate, surface and absorb my quiet pains and unwanted emotions I AM able to release them forever from my being.  Crystal Clear Quartz reflects the Inner Light of ME and amplifies the balancing, relaxing and calming energies of sister Serpentine and the lady Chrysocolla.
